In the manufacturer's original description, they claimed the printer would happily churn out up to 12 pages per minute, and up to 20,000 pages in a calendar month. Following tests, this was easily achieved. The quality of print too was high; with a resolution of 600x600 dots per inch, resulting in clear and sharp text, and excellent reproduction of images, graphs and photographs.
