VOIP (Voice over Internet protocol) is a device to transfer voice over IP (internet protocol) by digitizing voice into discrete packets that are transferred independently over the network, instead of traditional circuit-committed protocols of the PSTN. The electrical signal vibrates the receiver diaphragm loyally reproducing the audio voice signal.
